To Become A High School Softball Umpire You Will Need The Following:

               OSAA Membership Cost - $68.00                                               (All Oregon high school officials must register via ArbiterSports)

               Mid-Valley Association Dues - $20.00 + 1% of Fees                     (Due at your first paycheck)

               Shirt, Pants, Hat, Indicator, Belt - $115                                    (All Items can be purchased online)

As for Plate Gear, the MVSUA has 5 loaner Equipment for new umpires.

                                This includes a face mask, chest protector and leggings to protect yourself behind the plate.

                                                                These are free of charge and checked out.
